Founded by Rutuja Mhatre, a pharma marketing professional with a lifelong love for art and design.
With a background in pharmaceutical marketing, Rutuja spent years in the corporate world strategizing products and campaigns — but her heart always beat for colours, textures, and creating beauty by hand. Art was her escape, her passion, and her identity since childhood.
During quiet evenings, she began experimenting with resin and pressed flowers, blending her precision-driven scientific mindset with her artistic soul.
The goal wasn’t just to make jewellery — it was to bottle up emotions and memories in art form. Every earring, pendant, or ring you see at Ralankara carries a little piece of nature inside it — a real flower, preserved carefully in crystal-clear resin to stay as radiant as the day it bloomed.
