Refund policy

At Ralankara, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted with love. Since no two flowers are exactly alike, the flowers inside your jewellery may have slight variations in shape or form—making it completely unique to you —these aren’t flaws, but the little details that make your jewellery unique and special, just like you.

Return & Exchange

  • We do not accept returns or refunds once an order is placed.
  • You can request an exchange / return within 3 days of delivery, i.e you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • The product must be shipped back within 7 working days (shipping cost to be borne by the customer).
  • Once we receive the request for exchange/return we will deliver the exchange product in 7 working days.
  • We do not provide any refunds, only returns and exchange are expected.

 

When Exchanges /return Are Accepted

  • If you received the wrong product. (unboxing video required).
  • If you receive a product that is damaged during transit.
  • Once the return/exchange is approved by Ralankara team on email confirmation, a pickup will be arranged for the product and a replacement of the same product will be arranged.

Note

·         Sale items, pre-orders, combo products, bulk orders and customized products are not eligible for exchange or return.

·         To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received, unworn or unused, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

No return and Exchange in the following cases

·         Product request is raised after is returned after 3 days of receiving the product.

·         The product return is used / sent in damaged condition,

·         The product is not sent along with the complete packaging

 

How to Request an Exchange

Email us at helpdesk.ralankara@gmail.com with your order ID, reason, and product pictures and video within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
