1. What materials are used in Ralankara jewellery?
We use premium resin, real pressed flowers, and gold/silver finish metal alloys to create lightweight, durable, and beautiful pieces. Every earring is handcrafted, making each one unique.

2.Are the flowers inside the earrings real?
Yes! Each flower is real, genuinely pressed and preserved. Since no two flowers are identical, every piece is one-of-a-kind, just like the friendships and bonds they celebrate.

3.How should I care for my jewellery?

·         Avoid wearing them in water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.

·         Store earrings separately in a soft pouch or box to prevent scratches.

·         Handle gently—these are delicate, handcrafted pieces.

4.How long will it take to receive my order?

·         Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.

·         Pre-order items may take up to 14 business days, as your entire order is shipped together.

5. What payment options are available?
All payments are completely secure. Debit Card, Credit Card, Google Pay, Paytm, UPI, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

6.My payment went through, but I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

7.Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for all orders except customized, bulk orders and pre orders.
